How we capture — and delete — data

What's captured

Only what's needed to run the patient relationship: contact details, procedure interest, booking and payment status, consent forms, and recovery check-in responses. Nothing pulled from outside the conversation.

Where it lives

Each clinic runs in its own encrypted, isolated workspace. Data is never pooled or shared between clinics, under any circumstance.

Who can see it

Role-based access — front desk, doctors, nurses and finance each see only what their role needs. Financial data stays locked down further still.

Deletion, on request

A patient or clinic can request full deletion at any time. It's removed from the active system immediately and purged from backups on the next cycle.

Built with GDPR-aligned practices and Singapore PDPA in mind. Clinical or urgent conversations are always routed to your human team — Dian gives no medical advice and never makes a clinical judgment call.
